Delete your account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your ProPitch account and the personal data associated with it.

What we delete

• Your account login and profile details (name, email, phone)
• Push notification tokens and in-app preferences
• Active gym memberships linked to your account (cancelled)
• Other personal data we hold about you, where legally permitted

What we may retain

Booking and payment records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution (typically up to 6 years), as described in our Privacy Policy. Retained records are limited to what the law requires.

How to request deletion

Fill in the form below and send it to privacy@propitch.ng. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.

If you are signed in on the ProPitch mobile app, you can also delete your account from Profile → Delete account.

Data-only deletion

Need your data removed but want to keep the account? Use delete_data.html instead.
