Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using ProPitch (website, app, or owner portal), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ProPitch connects bookers with pitch and gym operators. We are a technology platform — venue operators are independent businesses responsible for their facilities, safety, and local regulations.
3. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or attendant confirmation (walk-in).
- You must arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend your slot unless the venue agrees.
- Each booking has a unique tracking code — keep it safe.
- Season/bulk bookings lock multiple future slots under one payment and one tracking code.
4. Fees
Bookers pay the venue price plus a platform service fee (shown at checkout). Owners pay a commission on online bookings per their plan. See our pricing page for current rates.
5. Owner obligations
- Provide accurate venue details, photos, pricing, and availability
- Honour confirmed bookings
- Maintain safe facilities and comply with local laws
- Handle on-site cash payments and walk-in customers honestly
6. Prohibited use
You may not use ProPitch for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or to circumvent platform fees by directing online customers to pay off-platform for bookings made through ProPitch.
7. Limitation of liability
ProPitch is provided "as is". We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes at venues. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid to ProPitch in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
