1. Who we are

ProPitch ("we", "us") operates a marketplace for booking football pitches and gym memberships in Nigeria. Contact: privacy@propitch.ng.

2. Data we collect

• Bookers: name, email, phone (optional), booking history, payment references via Paystack.
• Owners & attendants: business details, venue information, login credentials.
• App users: device push token (if notifications are enabled), location (only when you search nearby venues).
• Technical: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and debugging.

3. How we use your data

• Process bookings and gym memberships
• Send booking codes, confirmations, and reminders (SMS, email, or push)
• Process payments through Paystack — we do not store full card numbers
• Improve the platform and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing

We share booking details with the venue you book. Payment data is handled by Paystack. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Retention

Booking and payment records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution (typically 6 years). You may request deletion of your account data where legally permitted.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@propitch.ng. You can also use our online forms: delete account & data or delete data only.

7. Cookies

The web portal uses essential cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
