Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pitch bookings
- Before payment: unpaid holds expire after 15 minutes — no charge.
- After payment: refunds are at the venue operator's discretion unless required by law. Contact the venue first, then email support@propitch.ng with your booking code.
- No-shows: generally non-refundable.
- Venue cancellation: if a venue cancels your slot, you receive a full refund including the service fee.
2. Season / bulk bookings
Season bookings cover multiple future sessions under one payment. If individual sessions are cancelled by the venue, a pro-rata credit or refund may apply. If you cancel the entire season, unused sessions may be refunded minus a processing fee — contact support with your season tracking code.
3. Gym memberships
- Monthly memberships renew automatically via Paystack unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancel anytime from the app or by contacting the gym — access continues until the current period ends.
- Partial-month refunds are generally not offered once a billing period has started.
4. Walk-in bookings
Walk-in bookings paid in cash on-site are between you and the venue. ProPitch does not process refunds for cash payments.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned via Paystack to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Disputes
Email support@propitch.ng with your booking or membership ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
